The Ministry of Defence (MoD) on July 03, 2026, issued the Draft of the Barrackpore Cantonment Board Building Bye-Laws, 2026.
The following has been stated namely: -
• These Bye-Laws shall apply within the limits of Barrackpore Cantonment.
• No person shall carry out any erection, re-erection, addition or alteration to any building or cause the same to be done without obtaining a sanction for such work from the Competent Authority.
• The Documents required at the time of Application has been stated in the Bye-laws
• The Provisions regarding the Inclusive Design has been stated in the Bye-laws.
Objections or suggestions on the proposals contained in the draft Bye-laws may forward the same in writing, for consideration of the Cantonment Board within 35 days at [email protected].
